These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pinzly, including our mobile apps, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

  • We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5) Community and safety rules

Pinzly helps users discover spots, events, nightlife, hikes, and nearby experiences. You agree not to misuse listings or location-based features to harass others, stalk individuals, coordinate unlawful activity, or submit false safety claims.

6) Subscriptions, paid features, and billing

If we offer subscriptions or paid upgrades, transactions are processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play, not directly by us.

  • Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown at purchase time.
  • Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable storefront terms and policies.
  • We may change pricing or packaging for future billing cycles with reasonable notice where required by law.

7) Third-party services and content

The Service may include links, map data, venues, event feeds, or integrations provided by third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.

8) Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9) Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion through support channels.

10) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that listings, events, or availability information are complete, current, or error-free.
