Pinzly is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. If a store link is not yet enabled on our homepage, check back soon or email support for TestFlight / internal testing instructions if you were invited.
Pinzly shows food spots, nightlife, hikes, pop-ups, and events around you. If suggestions feel off, confirm Location Services are enabled for Pinzly in iOS Settings or Android app settings, and that you are not using a VPN that masks your region.
If sign-in with Apple / Google fails, try updating the app, rebooting the device, and ensuring the system clock is automatic. Still stuck? Email support with the sign-in method you chose (no passwords in email).
See something inaccurate, unsafe, or spammy? Email support with a screenshot, link or ID inside the app, and what should change. We review safety issues urgently.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. For refunds or payment disputes, start in the App Store / Play purchase history. We can help interpret entitlements on our side once you share the receipt identifiers those platforms provide.
